United Health Services is Hiring a Lab manager Near Walton, NY

Lab Manager, DVHUnited Health Services is seeking a Lab Manager to join our Laboratory department at DVH in Walton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Shift

Salary range :

$40.87 - $62.19 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Manages the day-to-day operation of the Laboratory. Works closely with technologists, therapists, doctors, nurses, and office staff to ensure the business day runs smoothly.

Operates within the parameters of the hospital / department operating plan and goals.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Minimum Required :

Medical Technologist who is qualified as a supervisor per New York State Department of Health, Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program (CLEP), Clinical Laboratory Standard of Practice.

Preferred :

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry

License / Certification

Minimum Required :

NYS Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Preferred :

ASCP or NCA Certification
