Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR manager and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Duties:
-Processing payroll
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding,
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system (e.g., Paylocity) and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with managers to develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits enrollment, leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA), and other HR-related matters.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in using HR software (e.g., Paylocity).
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
- Understanding of human capital management concepts.
