The repair associate will be working to correct any defects in our cabinets.

Job Duties

- Repair associate will be working independently in the finishing or assembly department

- review finishing specifications and details of assigned job orders

- prepare articles for spray finishing

- mix special colors by hand to match specified color or shade

- apply successive coats of stains and paints to achieve finish and color match

- check results against specified shop samples

- checks overall quality of finished pieces with company standards and customer expectations

- work at a steady pace to consistently achieve budgeted times

- stand/walk up to 8-10hrs hours a day

- must be able to lift up to 70lbs

Required Experience

- 2 years of experience with stain, glazing, paints, and topcoats

- conversion varnishes, stains, and glazes

- spray stain is a PLUS

- Must be willing to perform other tasks as needed.
