Hourly: $24 – $26hr
Job Description
The position will spray all types of finishes on cabinets using proper spray technique, as well as
inspecting sprayed parts for quality. It also requires prior spraying experience with HVLP guns
in the cabinetry industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Troubleshoot various finish process issues diagnosing root causes and implementing
corrective actions.
 Clean and maintain all equipment.
 Complete Daily/Weekly work sheets in accordance with internal processes.
 Must understand and follow all safety rules and regulations.
 Must have good attendance.
 Must have the ability to work with multiple people tactfully and courteously.
 Must be a team player and willing to train.
 Rotates into other positions as needed as instructed by supervision.
 Responsible for housekeeping of area.
 Maintains work area consistent with 5S program and training.
 Notify Management of issues related to quality and completion.
 Assumes other duties as assigned by department supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will set the example for all other sprayers to follow. They will be expected to train
and develop other sprayers within the Finishing department.
Qualifications

 Demonstrated ability to spray proficiently in a spray booth applying enamels stains etc.
 Demonstrated knowledge and use of paint, stain, sealers, spray-guns, and pots
(conversion vanish application)
 Demonstrated knowledge of procedures for the safe and proper handling of hazardous
chemicals and materials
Education and/or Experience:
Prefer high school diploma or equivalent. Three to five years related experience and or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
