POSITION SUMMARY | ||||
The Therapist will be a Home Visitor in the Partnership for Families Program is responsible for coordinating mental health care services for the program’s clients in Los Angeles County. They will provide assessment and counseling/therapy to eligible young children and their caregivers as a member of a treatment team. The Therapist identifies needs and coordinates sessions with clients for individual and dyadic therapeutic counseling. They will be a part of a unique multi-disciplinary team, and most services are provided in the field. | ||||

Physical demands: | The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the primary functions of this job successfully. Mental demands: | There are several deadlines associated with this position.
