Child Care Director
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the child care center
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for children
- Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a child care or educational setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and community members
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
