Job Summary:

• The dock supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of the dock. To make sure our employees are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the loading tasks assigned by Logistics Manager
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized dock
• Daily KPI reporting
• Assist in quarterly inventories

Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle and record inventory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and the use of various tools and hardware in a warehouse setting.

Location:

• This position requires an onsite presence at our Vineland, NJ office
• Candidates MUST reside in a commutable distance to Vineland, NJ.
