Title: Estimator / Preconstruction Manager

Role Description
The Estimator/Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating and preconstruction, including cost analysis, budgeting, bidding, and project coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating and preconstruction management
- Knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and bidding processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Professional certifications in estimating or preconstruction management are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
