Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. , patrolling designated areas, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on-site
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, or unauthorized access
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, including incident reports and daily activity logs
- Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with any security-related concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in conflict management techniques
- Prior experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
