Customer Service Representative

Uni Kraft cabinetry is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our sales and customer service team is looking for a customer-oriented Service Advisor to provide our customers with quality service and offer a variety of products and services.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative works with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with customers to promote Uni Kraft cabinetry products and services.

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Responsible for contacting customers to schedule appointments, answer questions, or make recommendations about our products and services.
• Responsible for processing orders, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating order status.
• Identifies customer needs and develops solutions using customer files and information provided by the order processor.
• Assists in the preparation of quotes, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, contract modifications and release forms as needed.
• Provides product information to customers in a timely manner; provides detailed product information regarding all Uni Kraft cabinetry products, services, pricing and availability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
