Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Global Accout Management leader to build on our success and drive growth around the globe. 

The Global VP of Account Management will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, to ensure our company goals are met and that your team is reaching their potential while scaling operations. 

  • Lead the Global AM team towards existing business quota achievement, renewals, upsell and cross sell sales motion with existing accounts.
  • Define strategy for various Business verticals with clear deliverables, KPIs and ways to drive business outcomes. 
  • Develop and maintain positive and influential relationships with direct reports. 
  • Be an Ungerboeck ambassador within accounts, maximizing our brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, evangelizing our solution and publicizing success stories. 
  • Forecast, measure, and report sales results through use of internal CRM. 
  • Ensure that all areas of business development have the right resources to operate effectively, and that staff are motivated and engaged. 
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans. 
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across the business. 
  • Lead sales forecasting and strategy discussions with business leadership. 
  • Over the next 6-12 months, build and lead the Global AM team to bring the company through its next set of key milestones. 
  • Play a key role in the hiring and onboarding of new AM team members. 

Qualifikationen

  • 5 years of proven sales leadership working with software/SaaS sales teams to build strategy, management, execution-based programs for account executives and account management teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus 
  • Strong, proven track record of management and strategic selling 
  • Experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business 
  • Personal experience closing million-pound deals 
  • History of exceeding quota 
  • Experience managing a team of 10 people with 4 million quota 
  • Strong executive calling experience and presence 
  • Professional demeanor, articulate, with good communication and presentation skills 
  • Positive attitude: ‘can do’ approach and ‘think outside-the-box’ mentality 
  • Travel up to 30%-40%
