Job Location: UG Massapequa - Massapequa, NY
Position Type: Salaried
Salary Range: Undisclosed
Job Shift: Full-Time

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Department Manager is to be responsible for the total operation of the front end department and management of employees, which includes hiring, induction, coaching/counseling, training/skill development and performance management.

The Customer Service Manager is responsible to provide exceptional customer service, accurately and promptly handling customer transactions.

  • Previous experience managing a Customer Service Department and Front End is preferred, however all management experience will be taken in to consideration
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be very detail orientated
  • Must have proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Must be able to stand while walking for entire shift
