The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage & maintain all customer feedback through given KPI’s & Daily paperwork
• Meet and exceed financial goals
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Work in conjunction with partnership sales teams to uphold mandates, strategies and goals that support the Sales & Services department of the company & clients
• Support, develop and maintain existing clients with maximizing current assortment, new products, marketing initiatives, follow up and customer service

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Las Vegas Cannabis sales experience & Current or previous book of business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel / CRM experience
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
