Job Summary: Uncle Arnie’s, a leading cannabis beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing product velocity in dispensaries across the Nevada market, providing exceptional support, conducting staff trainings, and maintaining a consistent field presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales in dispensaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary management and staff to ensure product support and advocacy.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to educate on product benefits, usage, and sales techniques.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
• Organize and oversee in-store promotions, events, and product demonstrations.
• Provide regular feedback to the corporate team on market conditions, customer insights, and product performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with all industry regulations in all marketing materials and activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- An Advantage
• Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the cannabis or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of the Nevada cannabis market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
