About the Role The Lead Admissions Representative plays a pivotal role in fostering exemplary levels of internal and external customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving positive performance within the admitting department. This individual collaborates with the team to maintain departmental productivity and uphold quality control measures that align with the organization#s operational and mission objectives. The Lead Admissions Representative is responsible for training, evaluating, and supporting team members as necessary, while also assisting the Manager in compiling and analyzing data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports and audits.#Key Responsibilities include: Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork, cooperation, and excellence within the admitting department. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to admissions representatives to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the admissions workflow. Customer Service and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA and other relevant standards. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations to gauge proficiency and competency levels. Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, accuracy, and quality within the admitting department. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to new hires and ongoing training to existing team members to ensure proficiency in admissions procedures and systems. Identify training needs and develop tailored programs to address knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies. Serve as a resource and mentor for team members, offering guidance and support to facilitate professional growth and development. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist the Manager in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Participate in the preparation of month-end spreadsheets and audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Utilize data insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and performance optimization. Compensation is commensurate with education and experience. Hiring compensation ranges from $16.00- $23.20 / hour and is eligible for shift differential for applicable shifts, as well as comprehensive benefits after a 60-day waiting period. What You Need Minimum Education Completion of High School or General Education Diploma (GED) required Associate Degree is preferred. Experience Two#years of experience in an administrative setting preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities # Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively train, coach, and develop team members. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant software tools. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving organizational needs.
