The Role – Project Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager who has a talent for managing complex projects that involve various aspects of mechanical, structural, and electrical requirements. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy team that is responsible for planning and executing all of our LED video wall installations. This includes estimating the budget as well as ensuring the job is completed safely and on time. Our projects range from large outdoor stadium scoreboards to inside video walls for a hotel lobby.

Our ideal applicant is a qualified Project Manager who ideally has a background in construction project management and construction science. This person should be willing to push the boundaries of LED display technology and installation methods to help set Ultravision LED Solutions apart from our competition. We’re looking for a disposition that is respectfully eager and focused on achieving the right balance of solving customer needs and achieving personal goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee LED video wall installation projects from start to finish; including Digital Scoreboards, LED Screens for Churches, Digital Billboards, Digital Signage and more
• Establish the project team members, develop the objectives/goals of each, and assign individual responsibilities
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Manage the accounting function of the project such as the budget, allocating resources, tracking team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk
• Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises
• Work with contractors to develop necessary structural and electrical requirements for each project
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables while managing customer satisfaction throughout the life of the project
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Construction Science or related Engineering/Technical field
• Construction project management experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Exceptional work ethic and drive
• Fluency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
• Resourceful personality with a "get the job done" attitude
• Understanding of LED technology, electrical engineering, video processors/controllers, media software a plus

This is not a remote position. Primary location for this position will be at our Corporate Office located in Dallas, Texas.
