Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering and directing incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
2. Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Managing the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
4. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
6. Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
7. Responding to inquiries and providing information to clients and visitors.
8. Coordinating meetings and conference room bookings.
9. Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed.
10. Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred :
- Bilingual in Spanish
