Role Overview : Join our team as a Call Center Representative. You'll help patients schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide friendly support over the phone.
We need someone positive, independent, and a team player.
Responsibilities :
- Answer calls quickly.
- Verify patient info and insurance details accurately.
- Learn about insurance rules and procedures.
- Enter patient info correctly in our system.
- Assist patients and direct calls as needed.
- Schedule appointments following guidelines.
- Keep track of the schedule and solve issues.
- Help patients with billing and financial questions.
- Respect patient privacy laws.
Requirements : Who You Are :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Experience in an office or customer service role is a plus.
- Comfortable with computers.
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
