Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Receptionist to join a reputable client of ours looking to grow their team.

Location : Nashua, NH (onsite)

Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet patients in person and by telephone
• Verify patient insurance information and demographics
• Determines and accepts required payments including co-pays and deductibles
• Assist with scheduling appointments
• Manages flow of patient appointments in conjunction with doctors and medical assistants
• Maintains office supplies and orderly filing systems
• Sort and distribute incoming / outgoing mail accordingly

Qualifications :

• 1 year of previous reception or administrative experience required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsÂ
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working within a fast-paced environment
• Polished demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Ability to serve as a team-player with a "go-getter" attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new software
