Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Video Production Analyst to assist a client in NW Houston.

The general duties as a Video Production Analyst include working directly with the Video Production team to retrieve, edit and prepare video files per client specifications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Retrieve audio video files* Archive and distribute files * Edit video clips upon request of clients in preparation for trial * Format and finalize transcripts, synchronize with the audio and video to create an official court record of proceedings * Correspond and communicate effectively and efficiently with clients * Troubleshoot errors with video formats * File format conversion * Scan, verify and upload of documents into databases * Maintains knowledge and awareness of the files being processed by following standards policies, and diligently adhering to them

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 1 relevant work experience. * Experience with different video editing software * Working familiarity with a wide variety of video cameras * High school diploma or equivalent required

SKILLS:

* Knowledgeable of audio and video equipment and software * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Reliable/dependable * Time management * Ability to learn, retain and apply newly developed skills. * Expected to have good research skills * Must have excellent computer skills

CERTIFICATIONS:

* Video certification desired
