Texas Gulf Bank is Hiring a LOAN PRODUCTION SPECIALIST - CLUTE Near Houston, TX
This full-time position will include all facets of providing loan documentation support for loan officers while relieving the officer of routine, often highly confidential and sensitive administrative tasks. Duties will include, but not be limited to, coordinating real estate and commercial loans, typing loans in LaserPro, ensuring all collateral and required documents are present prior to funding, obtaining credit reports, clearing exceptions, preparing interim construction loan draw requests, closing loans, and advancing funds on credit line loans. The qualified candidate should be prepared to work closely and frequently with the public as well as loan officers, while providing a high level of quality work in an efficient manner. Knowledge of real estate and loan documentation strongly preferred. Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel will be necessary. Superior customer service and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail will be required. Proficiency in both oral and written communication as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service will be essential skills needed for the position. Educational background requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
