Job Description

We are partnering with a specialty manufacturer and supplier of storefront, architectural metals, and building products for the retail and commercial construction industries, that is looking to add a Recruiting Admin to their team!

This role will be a healthy blend of both heavy phone screening and administrative duties. The perfect candidate will be comfortable with paperwork, making a great deal of calls and screening candidates over the phone. They will have a positive go-getter attitude, be extremely computer literate/tech savvy, meticulous and organized.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00

Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes
• Reach out to candidates for initial telephone screening (High Volume
• Collaborate with hiring managers candidate screenings
• Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn etc.)

Qualifications:

• Self Starter
• Experience in high outbound call volume recruiting
• 2 years in an office setting
• Previously screened and reviewed resumes
