Details:
* Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
* Location: Minnetonka, MN
* Type: Temp to hire on permanent (benefits offered during contract period and once converted)
* Pay: $65K-$80K depending on experience level (might go higher for telecommunications industry experience)
Responsibilities:
* Provide clear and thorough communications to clients regarding project updates, scope changes, and issues that arise
* Navigate efficiently within NetSuite, AIM, Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
* Ensure projects are delivered on time
* Assist with scheduling Technicians to perform work at multiple project locations
* Place and manage orders with material suppliers
* Ensure project documents are complete and processed
* Update and create project plans and other reports
* Manage deliverables through SharePoint/BOX
* Keep internal and external team members apprised of project- related activities
* Manage billing to ensure payments are processed and past due invoices are followed up on
* Project Management of multiple client locations.
* Ensure accurate invoicing from various vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
* 3 years of project management experience for large clients in a related industry
* Must have a high degree of understanding of the telecommunications Industry.
* Hands on field technician experience a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self - starter and proven ability to work independently and on a team.
