Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Payroll clerk for a South Gate location. The Payroll Clerk will specialize in supporting the HR Manager and the Payroll Manager. Come join a stable and fun environment that promotes growth within the company.
Duties:
- Process payroll for 200 employees in ADP Workforce Now
- Review, edit and enter manual timecards
- Communicate with field employees regarding timecards
- Work with supervisors and superintendents for necessary approvals
- Assist Payroll Manager and HR Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience processing payroll
- Must be proficient in ADP Workforce Now
- Bilingual Spanish required
