Job Duties/Description:

• Responsible for tasks in the payroll, billing, and IT functions.
• Payroll tasks: employee file maintenance and updates, running payroll reports, solving paycheck errors, and assisting with payroll submission.
• Billing tasks: tracking client hours and providing updates, verifying and sending time records, reviewing claims, and client invoicing and follow up.
• IT tasks: troubleshooting computer, internet, and network issues and new hardware set up.
• Maintenance of client contracts and data in the CRM.
• Assist with office projects, some phone duties (as needed), and light inner office cleaning.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• 6 months - 3 years of administrative or finance experience would be ideal
• Mathematical/ financial acumen strong computer skills
• Ability to use word processing applications and database software effectively
• Understanding of spreadsheet software and creating new spreadsheets and documents.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $21 - $24/hr
• Schedule: 8am -5pm Monday-Wednesday, 8am-4pm on Thursday; Flexible Fridays (if workload allows, Fridays are optional - you can work a half day or have the whole day off). If you'd like to work a full 40 hr week schedule, hours would be Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (paid lunch) and 4 hours on Friday (flexible which hours on Fridays).
