We are hiring immediately for a Part-time Administrative Assistant for a company in Irvine (Near the airport)

Contract Opportunity 3 months Duration

Hours 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Hourly pay rate $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Office supply ordering and purchasing
• Answer phone calls and forward to appropriate departments
• Receive mail and distribute to appropriate departments
• Maintain front office and well-organized office environment
• Contact and assist with outside vendors for office maintenance
• Support office employees for projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in an Office Administrative position
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Great communication skills verbal and written
• Great attendance and open to a 3 month contract role
