We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sr. Account Executive. The assistant must be an EARLY BIRD since we start at 6:00AM! The ideal candidate will assist in reaching existing as well as new clients via email/LinkedIn, make daily phone calls, data entry in Sales Force and schedule sales calls for the week. This individual needs to be aggressive, organized, self-starter, problem solver and have prior experience assisting an executive or admin assistant.

We are located in Irvine near the spectrum.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00AM -11:00AM and Fridays at home.

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and new clients via phone, email and social media
• Scheduling appointments
• Following up on existing contracts
• Research companies
• Send out marketing emails

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
