Pay: $18.00-$22.00
*Maintain office appearance and functionality of break and supply rooms, ensuring that all
items are stocked and areas are cleaned.
*Monitors and maintains office supplies, responding to requests for orders.
*Perform errands that assist daily functions: post office, bank, Office Depot, FedEx, etc.
*Sorts, opens, and distributes mail.
*Receives all deliveries to the office and directs as appropriate.
*Serves as liaison to supply vendors, overseeing maintenance requests for the general
office space and break room.
*Manages contractors for various supply vendors, including hotel partners, caterers,
supply vendors, and others.
*Places catering orders as needed for company events and department functions.
*Books travel, including airfare and hotel, for out-of-town employees for company events
and functions.
*Enters expenses and collects receipts for monthly expense report reconciliation, helping
to maintain budget compliance.
*Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
*Perform backup reception duties.
*Research, typing, correspondence, faxes and filing.
*Assistance with event planning and implementation.
*Assistance departmentally as assigned.
*Perform other tasks as identified by manager or members of the Executive Team.
