Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
Maintain and update employee records
Handle general HR inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations
Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR or related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
