Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a leader in the financial services industry who is looking for a Client Service Administrator to join their growing tenured team. This role is a full time on site direct placement opportunity in the Stratford CT area, that offers room for growth and additional earning potential.

Salary range $55,000-$65,000

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates with 2 years of experience in financial services and support
• Ability to serve as the first point of contact for all clients, responds to emails and phone calls in a fast and efficient manner
• Managing calendars, appointments, telephone calls, and greet visitors
• Sorts mail and provides general office support
• Maintains a high level of discretion
• Maintain accurate compliance records
• Candidates with a Series 6 license
