Position Title: Sales Assistant

Job Duties/Description:

* Support Account Executives in CRM and Sales Force administration, proposal generation, and client prospecting.

* Prepare campaign documents, review billing, and generate reports.

* Handle inbound sales calls, coordinate with various departments, and assist with administrative tasks.

* Support Sales Leadership with team communications.

Requirements:

* 0-2 years of related experience; training provided.

* Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft applications; experience with Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Info:

* Pay: $43k ($20.67/hour)

* Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm

* Location: Minneapolis - HYBRID schedule: 3 days in office & 2 days from home

* Type: Temp-to-hire
