Ultimate LLC is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Bowie, MD

Job Description

Rewarding position as a Customer Support Specialist in the Bowie, MD area. This is your opportunity to join an engaging, trustworthy, and efficient company that values their employees and promotes them from within! Preferred qualifications include prior customer service experience, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. The position is full-time, 100% in-office, don't wait- join the winning team today!
Location: Bowie, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$21/hourly based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and updating account information.
* Utilize strong communication skills to de-escalate a situation or direct calls to the appropriate department.
* Document detailed call reports within CRM database.
* Communicate across departments to complete work orders and process payments/invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Abide by all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
* 2 years of customer service experience within an office.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time management skills.
