Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Handle high volumes of B2B calls, emails, and web chats.

* Provide empathetic solutions, aiming for first-call resolution.

* Effectively communicate product benefits using customer-friendly language.

* Collaborate with other departments for a consistent customer experience.

* Negotiate prices and adhere to internal procedures.

Requirements:

* Prefer B2B customer service or call center experience.

* High School Diploma.

* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

* Open to coaching and feedback.

Additional Info:

* Pay: $21-26/hr DOE (Building Materials Experience a plus)

* Schedule: M-F, 7 AM-5 PM (May-Oct, with OT), 8 AM-5 PM (Nov-Apr)

* Location: In office 100% in Lakeville, MN

* Type: Direct Hire
