Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Billing Administrator to oversee the invoicing and billing processes for a Medical Device company in Irvine, CA! This position is open due to business growth and it is a Temp-To-Hire opportunity!

**We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).**

Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618

Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)

Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri

Scope of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Billing Administrator to join a fun and casual team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support with invoicing, billing, data entry and following up with vendors regarding payments.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Review billing data for accuracy
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and resolves any billing discrepencies
• Provide administrative support for internal departments, such as Finance, Accounting & Sales
• Prepare expense reports.
• Pull reports from spreadsheets within EXCEL
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, photocopying, and filing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (NOT required)
• 1-2 years of billing or invoicing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
