We are seeking a customer service representative in Monrovia Maryland!
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Seeking a bilingual customer service representative who is reliable and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Escalating complaints across a number of communication channels
Processing orders, forms, and requests via phone and email.
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Resolves product or service problems by simplifying a customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and suggesting the best solution to resolve, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
