Responsibilities:

• Engage with donors and supporters via phone, email, and mail to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, expressing gratitude for their support and updating them on our organization's work.
• Answer inquiries and address concerns from donors regarding their donations, our programs, and our mission.
• Process donations accurately and efficiently, ensuring that donor information is recorded correctly in our database.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including donor outreach and solicitation efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments, including development and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and effective fundraising strategy.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical fundraising practices at all times.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and report generation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with donors effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
