Ultimate Baker is seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Specialist to drive growth and expand our online market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media plans while enhancing our Amazon and other ecommerce platforms to achieve sales targets and foster strong client relationships.

Duties:

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth
- Enhance our Amazon presence through product optimization and ad enhancement
- Develop social media strategies and ad posts in key areas
- Contact existing and new clients to help foster relationships and sales
- Lead project management initiatives related to business development efforts

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management & customer success
- Strong understanding of Amazon selling and ad management
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in ecommerce and online selling
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management
