Position: Marketing Promotions Coordinator

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Job Description: Individual responsibilities for this position will include managing and maintaining promotional items for the entire company. This includes managing an internal and external company store, placing orders, maintaining inventory, and taking care of the logistics.

The right team member will complement the knowledge, skills and abilities of the other team members. Each member of the team is encouraged and motivated to contribute in every way they can to achieving team goals, primarily that of excellent customer service internally and externally. Cultural fit with both Ulterra and the Marketing Team is a must. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up an internal/external company store.
• Maintain the ordering of current promotional items.
• Maintain and manage relationships with all promotional vendors.
• Maintain promotional inventory and logistics to all offices.
• Support and promote promotional items between internal departments and stakeholders.
• Working with stakeholders to design and execute new ideas.
• Maintain an internal service awards site.
• Research, understand & monitor broad and specific areas of the upstream oil & gas industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Intermediate understanding of upstream oil & gas and/or oil & gas drilling. Willing and excited to learn about the oil & gas industry.
• Highly creative and able to think ‘outside-the-box’, derive new insights, challenge norms, and uncover new solutions.
• Highly flexible in terms of roles and tasks, with the ability to both lead and follow and to work alone and collaboratively in teams.
• Service and Find-a-way mentality, working to meet expectations and deadlines with a desire to serve both internal and external customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
