Position Overview
The Marketing Operations and Digital Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The primary responsibility is to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of various marketing activities, including digital campaigns, lead management, and materials coordination. This role demands keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Contributions directly impact company growth and success by optimizing processes, maximizing efficiency, and delivering exceptional results.
This is an in-office position in Fort Worth, Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Collaborate with brand managers in the formulation of digital strategies to build a lasting connection with customers, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media, launch optimized online adverts through various channels, be involved in SEO efforts, assist with designing and developing promotional emails and organize their distribution.
Lead Management
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, collaborate with commercial excellence and brand to ensure smooth handout of leads and provide necessary support. This involves updating lead records, and mapping leads to assigned sales team members.
Virtual Marketing Activities
Coordinate the planning and execution of virtual tradeshows and webinars, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of virtual events, including platform setup, content development, and attendees’ engagement strategies.
Marketing Materials
Oversee the approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items. Maintain inventory levels and manage distribution logistics for marketing materials.
Other Responsibilities
Supporting training and sales operations during preparation and execution of the National Sales Meeting, new hire training meetings, brand team meetings, and regional sales meetings when needed. Tasks may include event logistics, supply ordering, and on-site assistance.
Cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution of marketing and/or training activities.

Requirements
Minimum of two years in marketing operations, digital marketing or related roles
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite products
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Work Environment
Indoors, in an office environment, with temperature control.
No adverse environmental conditions expected.
Limited overnight domestic travel required (roughly 5%).
Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
