Turning Point Search is seeking a Financial/Reporting Analyst for direct hire with our client, a global, Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing company. This is a full time, salaried position with bonus and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis, review and consolidation of a variety of reports.
• Investigate discrepancies with reports and reconciliations.
• Monitor, review and distribute daily cost tracker.
• Compile and consolidate weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Complete month end financial package reporting requirements.
• Complete ad-hoc monthly reporting as support for various meetings for review.
• Assist with review of tool and capital cash tracking.
• Investigate discrepancies related to various reports and reconciliations.
• Accountable for the accuracy of reports and data produced, reconciliations prepared, and meeting month end deadlines.
• Establishes/maintains relationships with Plant and Corporate Finance team as well as Operations team.

Work Experience:

• Minimum three years relevant work experience within the automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to pay attention to details and passion for learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with conflict.
• Ability to organize workload to maximize efficiencies.
• Good use of problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent computer skills (SAP, MSWord, Excel, MS Office).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
