Business Office Manager

HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. The Business Office Manager is responsible for hands on management of all daily activities of the business office, including billing, collection, and A/R management functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and reports on managed care, third party reimbursement, management of accounts receivable, i.e., bad debt and cash collections
• Routinely meets with direct reports to review their individual results and identifies opportunities to improve performance (productivity, quality, collections)
• Trains, coaches, and counsels staff members in an effort to develop staff improve teamwork, morale and overall team performance/results

Business Office Manager Job Requirements:

• 5 years of healthcare finance, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and collections experience.
• 3 years of positive and empowering leadership experience required.
