Springwoods Behavioral Health is an UHS affiliated 80-bed acute care behavioral health facility located in Northwest Arkansas and has been providing quality health care to the residents Northwest Arkansas since 2009. The hospital provides 24-hour acute care behavioral health services.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure by the State of Arkansas. Current LCSW, LPC, or PhD required. LCSW is preferred. Current CPR, Verbal De-escalation, and Handle with Care certifications, or must obtain within 14-days of hire

  Total education and experience: Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. A minimum of three (3) years behavioral health experience.

• A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
• An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management
