Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter. In this role you will be under the direction of the HR Director and responsible for a high volume of recruitment & onboarding support, and develops sources for prospective employees need to meet staffing requirements. This position performs preliminary screenings, interviews, and testing, routes applications to appropriate Hiring Managers; maintains appropriate employment records and systems including but not limited to job requisitions, postings, applications, resumes, and job descriptions. The HR Recruiter works directly with the HR Director and Hiring Managers on fulfilling recruitment needs and tracks onboarding progress through the probation period. This position ensures the confidentiality of all employee and patient information.

Beaumont Behavioral Health: A bright and beautiful new 144-bed behavioral health facility, Beaumont Behavioral Hospital will provide a full continuum of inpatient services to our community, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues will be offered to meet the unique needs of patients. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience or
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in related business or human resources with 1 to 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience or
• A combination of education and experience in the healthcare recruitment field
