Job Overview:

The Surgical Assistant assists in providing perioperative patient care. They maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment. Terminally cleans the Operating Rooms when deemed necessary to minimize infections. Other duties as assigned.

General Responsibilities:

• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required

• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Certification, required.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
