Responsibilities

Reporting to the Nurse Manager and the RN Case Manager, the Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, appropriate nursing care topatients in their place of residence and encouraging patient participation in planning for care.

Qualifications

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCEMinimum (1) year prior professional nursing experience required.Hospice and/or home health experience preferred.REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONSCurrent California license as a Registered Nurse required.Current BCLS (CPR) required.Current California driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
