Facilities in the Pennsylvania area are currently seeking a Regional Recruiter to provide recruiting and staffing services to this multi-site location. The Regional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. This position performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. The Regional Recruiter also develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload; and coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants.
