Regional Recruiter Opportunity

Facilities in the Pennsylvania area are currently seeking a Regional Recruiter to provide recruiting and staffing services to this multi-site location. The Regional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. This position performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. The Regional Recruiter also develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload; and coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 3-5 years working within a Recruiting role; preferably within a healthcare setting or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to source jobs as well as negotiate and work with recruiting firms
• Experience working with an automated applicant tracking system
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with high volume recruiting and the ability to handle/juggle multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
