This Regional Recruiter offers the opportunity to work remotely, or to work inside one of the affiliated hospitals. The Regional Recruiter will primarly support behavioral health hospitals in the Savannah, St. Simon's, and Augusta, Georgia markets. Some travel to the hospitals is expected. This position performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. Coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants.

Qualifications:
Associates degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required; Bachelors Degree preffered. A minimum of 3 years experience working within a recruiting role, preferably in healthcare.
