This Regional Recruiter offers the opportunity to work remotely, or to work inside one of the affiliated hospitals. The Regional Recruiter will primarly support behavioral health hospitals in the Savannah, St. Simon's, and Augusta, Georgia markets. Some travel to the hospitals is expected. This position performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. Coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provides quality full-cycle recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions, which include multiple locations and work sites.
  • Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to efficiently address open positions. Sources candidates via specialty internet job boards, ads, referrals, cold calls, etc.
  • Sources candidates, conducts phone and personal interviews, schedules interviews with hiring managers, may conduct background and reference checks, and prepares salary offer recommendations.
  • Represents hospitals with on-campus job fairs, interview days and information sessions and other related events.
  • Keep abreast of current and local recruiting trends, new tools and practices to best meet hiring goals.
  • Serves as liaison with all temporary/consulting agencies.
  • Assists with Recruitment projects and metric reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Associates degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required; Bachelors Degree preffered. A minimum of 3 years experience working within a recruiting role, preferably in healthcare.
