LICENSED OUTPATIENT COUNSELOR - CARLISLE OFFICE

Currently offering evening shift differentials, weekly productivity bonuses, and sign on bonus.

Roxbury is proud to be able to offer a unique opportunity to a skilled individual to be a part of regenerating the Outpatient Substance Use Program. A successful candidate will be a compassionate individual whom will put their clients treatment first, efficiently priority/time manage, and effectively offer treatment at the Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining caseload per State Regulations.
• Ensure completion of all required paperwork (i.e. psychosocial summary, treatment plan, progress notes etcetera) as outlined by regulation both accurately and timely.
• Provides evidence-based and other approved counseling techniques and interventions to facilitate client success.
• Offer assessment, individual, and group sessions.
• Provides appropriate interventions to facilitate engagement of non-compliant patients.

Roxbury’s outpatient program specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders while using an integrated treatment approach for individuals with co-occurring mental health needs. We provide assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment.

Qualifications

Licensed counselor in the state of Pennsylvania preferred. Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Psychology or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency preferred. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Psychology or other related field and one year of clinical experience (minimum 1820 hours) in a health or human services agency required.
