Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of Pembroke Hospital’s administration team. The individual hired for this role will actively support our employees and leadership team. This is a Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, full time position.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment
• Acts as system administrator for the HR Information System
• Assists with benefit administration
• Ensures compliance with EEO regulations.
• Oversees activities related to FMLA and all other types of paid or unpaid leave.
• Coordinates and may facilitate new hire orientation.
• Maintains personnel documentation for all personnel actions, i.e., new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments and submits to appropriate departments for signature.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years' Human Resources experience. Healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-deveoped interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required
