Responsibilities

Marketing Coordinator / Community Liaison is responsible for growing patient census by consistently exploring the development of new referral sources and potential referral sources, maintaining and managing existing accounts, identifying referral source needs, and delivering services to meet those needs. Coordinate program-focused workshops, training programs, and seminars as needed. Assist with the development of materials and activities promoting the hospital. Analyze referral trends and admissions data in an effort to develop marketing strategies.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Community Liaison directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care business development/marketing

environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.

Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.
